Abstract: The article describes the phraseological units of essays in emotionality’s aspect. Phraseological units are emotional means. One of the key functions of phraseology is to express an assessment to the fragments of surrounding world, to other heroes. The pre-sented phraseological units make the publicistic context more expressive.
