Abstract: The last Siberian period of creativity and activity of the Siberian writer N.I. Naumov, connected with his stay in Tomsk, is considered in the article. The documents from archive of the writer, stored in the Department of rare books of Scientific Library of Tomsk State University and in many respects for the first time entered in a scientific turn, have served a basis for the analysis, and also a cycle of the sketches, devoted to the problem of the Russian immigrants and its reception in the Russian literature and culture of second half of the XIXth century.
