Abstract: The paper deals with the issues of the grammatical status of the deverbative formations traditionally specified as special verb forms or nominal verb forms, namely, participles, the adverbial participle and Tungus bound nouns having an incomplete paradigm which are equivalent to the Russian syntactic structures realizing a syntactic adverbial position, taking into account the grammatical form (grammatical features) and the functional component. The unification of these lexical units on the basis of the classifying features allows to exactly correlate the structure and semantics of these deverbative formations in the Russian and Orok languages.
