Abstract: Bulgakov's play "The Crimson Island" is considered in article like a metatext or like a model of the cultural self-consciousness, which includes such a mechanism as the transfer of tradition. The author of this article shows how the parody principle of the lowering (spoiling and corruption) source material is realized in "The Crimson Island". Also E. Ivanshina demonstrates how this material may be reconstructed (in the process of back translation), because this material, applying to the sphere of tradition, present an absolute value for the author. Be guided by the system of inside outside recodes, which was given in the list of dramatis personae, E. Ivanshina shows how the confusion of languages principle is realized in "The Crimson Island", and using the relations of likeness, the author orders the languages, which participate in the text construction, and also displays classical subtexts of the play. Keywords: metatext, cutting, memory, parody, likeness, implication, reconstruction, text in text, tradition, censorship Bibliography: |
