Abstract: Within this publication one of autobiographical hand-written story of the Koryak journalist Ekaterina Dedyk is pre-sented. In focus of attention – one of significant episodes of the school childhood: reception in Octobrists. During prep-aration of the text for the publication the author’s spelling has been corrected according to the dictionary. The original Koryak text is followed by the line-by-line translation into Russian made by authors of the publication. The linguistic analysis of the Koryak text is made in the form of morpheme-by-morpheme translation and comments.
