Abstract: The All-Russian scientific conference «Russian literature in a Liturgical context» was held 30th September – 1st October, 2011, at Kemerovo State University. The participants were literary critics and theologians from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, and Kemerovo. The reports were presented about the research on the links between Russian literature and Christian culture. Analyses were made of Christian anthropology, liturgical images, quotations, Bible motives in the Russian and foreign literature of the 19th–20th centuries.
