Abstract: The paper is devoted to the analysis of a Kazym Khanty’s bear feast ritual song «Torum schir yokh (People of a Torum clan)». The goal is to reveal the rhythm and the metre of the verse, consider all its rhythmic variants, and retrace the connection of the rhythm with the content of the song.
