Abstract: There is motivation-semantic analysis of denominative verbs of "true labour activity" class in the article. In particular conceptual-stylistic, structural peculiarities of labour activity verbs, their motivation basis (genetic, conceptual-stylistic indices of motivation names), character of motivation (junction character of definite conceptual spheres as a whole), place and role of these conceptual operations in formation of linguistic world-image, in the processes of categorization of the world are being viewed.
