Abstract: October, 10, 2015 is the 75th birthday anniversary of Boris Vasilyevich Boldyrev, one of the most ranking researchers of the Institute of Philology of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, widely known in Russia and abroad, the leading expert in the area of Tungusic studies, Doctor of Science in Philology. Boris Vasilyevich Boldyrev in the course of his semi-centennial research activity has written more than a hundred research works, among others there are such fundamental investigations as «The Category of Indirect Possession in the Tungus Languages». «The Word-building of Nouns in the Tungus Languages», «A Grammar of the Oroch language» (co-author – V. A. Avrorin), «The Morphology of the Evenki Language», «The Evenki-Russian Dictionary», «The Russian-Evenki Dictionary», «The Evenki-Russian and Russian-Evenki Dictionary», the series of subdialect dictionaries of the Evenki language: «The Dictionary of the Jeltulak Subdialect of the Amur Region Evenkis», «The Dictionary of the Zeya Subdialect of the Amur Region Evenkis», «The Dictionary of the Selemdjin Subdialect of the Amur Region Evenkis» and others.
