Abstract: In clause the laws effective epistolary of dialogue selected on the basis of communicative-pragmatical criterion are considered. A material for the analysis serves modern epistolary, functioning in different spheres of interpersonal interaction. The sight through a prism epistolary communicative the universal laws allows to judge a parity of a canon and degree of his stylistic transformation in the concrete text, that, in turn, promotes formation of complete representation about modern by Russian epistolary to culture.
